Callen’s art has given me hope through six years of battling depression. Some days are easier, some have been so hard I needed professional help, but I’m grateful for another chance to see beauty in life. If there’s another butterfly, I’d name it Journey—to remind myself that even in uncertainty, there is hope and a path toward joy.
